We only ask for fair use: automated, resold or abusive usage that degrades the service for others falls under the acceptable use rules of our Terms of Service. We get in touch before taking any action — there are no automatic blocks without prior notice.

Yes. Your Sevenda plan covers the software: unlimited sessions and audits, exports, collaboration and retention. AI generation (BPMN, Insights analysis) runs on your own Claude account (BYOK) and is billed to you by Anthropic — a Claude account with active credit is required to generate. Typical cost: ~€0.06–0.85 per generation depending on the model.

Sessions and audits are unlimited, but how long they stay stored depends on your plan: 90 days on Analyst, Auditor and Suite Solo; 365 days on Studio, Agency and Suite Team; unlimited on Enterprise. Retention is the real difference between the tiers. Before expiry you can export everything as XML, SVG or JSON.
